Product Description:
PU Adhesive Transparent WS838 is a one-part, fast-hardening transparent, solvent-free moisture curing polyurethane adhesive which, once hardened, transforms into a very strong-grip adhesive with excellent resistance to water, temperatures, weathering and ageing conditions. Due to the excellent filling properties, it is suitable for use in beading/cord applications.

Applications:
Designed for water-resistant bonding of wooden elements where a fast mechanical hold is necessary(1 0 minutes of clamp hold at room temperature) in order to permit working of hand-manufactured articles.
Suitable for structural strong-grip bonding of wooden elements on both porous and non porous substrates. Particularly useful and practical for high mechanical resistance assembly and outdoor applications.

Instructions:
All surfaces to be bonded must be perfectly clean, dry and free from dust, grease, oils and debris.
Apply PU Adhesive transparent WS838 on one side with a caulking gun or spread on substrate with a spatula.
The high viscosity holds elements to be bonded in position, the use of clamps however is recommended. To achieve
optimum performance it is important to have a very thin layer of PU Adhesive Transparent WS838 between the substrates. Couple substrates within2 minutes. Slight moistening of substrates improves curing rate and gap filling characteristics as adhesive foams up to penetrate the bond cavity.

Storage:
PU Adhesive Transparent WS838 can be stored for1 2 months in its original packing at5°- 25°C in a cool, dry place. The storage temperature should not exceed25°C for extended periods of time. Keep away from heat sources.
